Can you tell me what the numbers following the error are? It says ERR4291 11 0 12 0 0 7 and then ERR4291 11 0 8 0 0 13

What is the CDB, FTR prompts? MUSR is in the ACD settings, correct?

Jane, you rock. I ran it and it shows the music route as 11, great call. Now, why is it there, and how do I change it?

type = ftr
press enter all the way down to the mus prompt, type yes and you'll be promted for musr, enter in your valid music route and press enter all the way thru

FTR is Feature Data, the bells and whistles your pbx is capable...
