err sch8783- How can I out this set?

I;m trying to out this 2616 but I get err sch8783 error code. What do I need to before I can out this set?

SCH 8783; The monitored or monitoring set cannot be moved or copied.

Find out why it is being monitored; undo the status or try disabling the TN.
Also repost on the Nortel:Meridian Systems group.
