Err CSA001

Hello all,
We have error CSA001 9 10:16:39 29/10/2007 4 showing up on our terminal. I looked the code up and it states that the Command and Status Link n (which is 9) cannot be brought up at this time.
The 9 in the code states: ESDI no response to the SL-1's command
The 4 in the code states: ESDI failed test

Have anyone else seen this code, and if so, what was done to resolve it?? Thanks.

go to ld 22 and prin adan. look for aml 9 and tty 8

if you have both of these and no Meridian Mail, delete them, otherwise your MerMail is down

I looked in LD 20 and we have both AML 9 and TTY8. Our voicemail is working. So, is everything fine or is there still a problem somewhere? Thanks..

Do you have callpilot or meridian mail?

We have the callpilot system.

Then you dont need those, I had the same problem, go ahead and remove them to get rid of the message.

CSA001 9 is a AML link (Device) to your old Voice Mail (Meridian Mail) out it in LD 17.
