I am getting this error on a few of our backup jobs.
Unable to go to cluster
EC errror Qfa chunk Offset surpassed.

follow suggestions in Which Driver Should I Use? faq478-3987
Enable Verify Compare Tape to Disk.
Check the tape log for errors (use the time stamp from the activity log to locate it).
Install the lastest ARCserve updates.
