EPO not updating. (easy question

Hi!

I have a pretty simple problem I think. I have scheduled a few tasks on our ePO server 3.5 to update every 3 hours.
when they starting running the updates every day the server stopped updating the dat files.

I have checked the proxy settings and they look right.

the task log files just say " ran with errors" does anyone have a clue why? or where I can find out why it stopped working?

You could try something as simple as deleting the old task, and creating a new one.....I had a similar problem, all the settings were correct, but no updates occuring. When I created new task, worked fine...give it a try?

found a NAI page in their database on the problem.

had to first stop the framework service.
then delete all internet files
do an ipconfig /flushdns
restart framework service

re run the task.

worked perfect!

is that delete all temporary internet files from ie?

yes... take away all temp files!
