ok neither worked
What I am tryin to do is showing the emails by date.
But each date has a title bar like:
Today
email
Email
Yesterday
Email
Last week
Email

I hope I'm understanding you correctly
First go to View/Columns and select what you want to see. Sent is the date column or you can click on Received or both. I also assume you want to see the Preview pane - view menu.
To sort by date click on the Sent or Received column. To reverse the order, click again.
