I just installed Entourage on a brand new G5 box and connected to the Exchange 2003 server fine. The user can send/receive e-mail fine but if he clicks on other folders in his mailbox like Calendar, Notes, Tasks, Contact, etc. he gets a bland folder that appears to only contain mail type items. That is it looks as if he created a new folder to contain mail and not calendar, contacts or any other items and it empty. I hope I'm describing this so that it's understandable. And the icon for each folder looks like a mail folder and not its respective type. Any thoughts?

Have you done the Entourage update? There are a pile of new Entourage bits on the web site to get it to work with Exchange fine. Ours are not suffering from this problem.

Thank you Zelandakh for your reply. Thank you marcs41 for the links. I will certainly look into both suggestions as soon as I have the time.
I'm sorry marcs41 if I did something to upset you. I certainly have not made it a habit of posting silly threads and generally am quite self sufficient with my IT struggles. I have been more than busy lately and although I did do some troubleshooting on this particular issue I am guilty of not exhausting all of my leads.
So thank you for the criticism, I will work on that F1 Key and specifying details.

analogia22,
That is Marc's signature that goes on all posts to encourage new users to work out problems themselves.

You should also check that your server is set up to run Outlook Web Access which may cure your problems as apparently without that you get calendar troubles...
