entire smdr hardware & set up process for Norstar 7.1 1

Can anyone layout for me all the hardware I need for SMDR to work on Norstar ? I know I need the unit that looks like a fastrad but isn't there a terminal involved ?

You need a NT8B95, then you connect to either a printer for raw data or a PC running some type of software for reports

If you're outputting to a PC, it's best to use a 3rd party software to manage the data output. I like RSI, but there are several out there.

I bought Call Accounting and would never buy it again...the people arte difficult to deal with. If you change/upgrade computer systems and lose track of the code they send you...you have to buy the software again to get it back.

They stopped responding to my requests for action.
Don't trust them.

I have had exactly the oposite experience from them. Good product. And the tech support was able to modify it quickly to meet our customer's needs.
