I know that a Customer can only have 254 Tables but does any one know how many enters you can have in a table, i can't find the info anywhere

I see what you mean. The number of tables are defined but no real statement about number per table. My guess would be 10000 as the input is 0-9999. Maybe one of the other guys no for sure.
But the tables will accept 10 digit input as one of the carriers I deal with send all 10 digits of an 800 number. Other wise DIDs are blocks of 100, but some customers have several blocks of 100. But most of my customer use the DID as an extension DN.
Just curious, but what prompted this question?

If its not working, get a bigger hammer!

We are in the prpcess of converting all our Nortel Call Centers to Avaya, but they want to leave the numbers to still come through the CS1K and then routed over to the Avaya through Tie Lines

Trout, I suggested the CDP route but I'm dealing with a bunch of people that think they know everything
