Enormous File Sizes

Ok heres the deal. I can make a movie, I can export the movie, I can watch the movie, no problems. But my minute and a half clip is over 20M in size and here in lies the problem. I need smaller file sizes without comprimising video quality any ideas? thanks.

Download Tsunami Mpeg Encoder or get Virtual Dub.
