Trying to load Call Center Reporting Master and get the following message when trying to upload skillset, agent, etc. data in Configure box:
Cannot obtain configuration data from the Call Center. Make sure the RDBServer is running and the Call Center is connected to the RDBServer.
From all the docs I've read the Call Pilot would be my Call Center so I would put it's IP in the Security tab. My Call Pilot shows Enhanced Call Center loaded and in Call Pilot Mgr the "Enable CC stream" is checked. What am I missing?
