At a remote site that has 2 G650's, I am having sporatic constant dial tone issues. At random times a user goes off hook, starts to dial digits, and the dial tone continues to be heard. If this happens, The PBX does not hear the digits being entered and will continue to "play" dial tone forever. No time out.
No alarms... when I do a status of the station during the condition, it's as if I was not off hook.
I've called it into Avaya... So far the Tier 1 and 2 tech's and mentors are stumped. Tier 3 - 4 here I come.......
Any idea's on what would cause this?
