Ending ACD groups

When ending ACD groups.

i.e. ACGME then ACGRE

do not forget to kill the ADN's from any existing phones.
if you do not, you will not be able to even log on to the phones.

you can resolve this by then doing a KSANE if you forget

It is not neccesary to kill the ADN's.

Change Digit 1 of additional category of both ADN (and ODN if no more ADN's are group member)to zero.
