Hello friends -
We have a web-enabled online library database that users can use to search for books and articles. Then, at the bottom, there is a box to allow one to send a record that they searched for to their email address. We have one Exchange server (5.5) on campus, and we want to set it up so that the catalog server uses Exchange to send emails to users. I can't seem to get it to work, however, and I'm guessing it has something to do with Routing Restrictions. Here is what I have set in routing restrictions:
1. We have checked "Hosts and clients that successfully authenticate."
2. We also have checked "Hosts and clients with these IP addresses" and have the IP address of our catalog server in there with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.255
3. We do NOT have checked "hosts and clients connecting to these internal addresses."
Could someone help me with getting this set up? I'm sure it's simple, but I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks much!
