End user is using a "roaming profile" when ever he/she connects to email (via outlook 03') (Note profile is absolutly fine) The user is prompted to re-config their account to point to the exchange server.
ex. You config the account (on the profile) she will see her mail box, but I'm almost positive the account is not touching the exchange box.
So far this is what I've got for notes from another tech....see below:
There are two mailboxes in the Exchange server with the name of Mgarretson. The Exchange mailbox will not delete the second box until the "store" is defragmented. This was attempted last week and failed. It needs to be rescheduled to be resolved.
I realize this information is nothing which has to do w/ what I've listed thus far, but it's just more info to trying and tracking this issue down.
I thought of created a brand NEW account (in AD and create a NEW mailbox and then merge the old mailboxes to the new account. Is something like this doable? If not I really can't think of anything else I can do.
