What happens and when does one do:

End Task/Explorer in Ctrl-Alt-Delete, plus reboot?

Is this ever used to fix something?

You do indeed! I was just trying to help clarify. I too am pretty much self taught. I have a few certifications which I studied for on my own, and have learned a few programming languages in college, but I am far from knowing it all! No one can know everything!!

Most of what I post here in this forum is based on personal experience as well!

Well. Tigerflight, up for control at 340 for 20 heading 245. Angels 10 mach 1.0. Request new heading and Altituded. Keep flying High. Thats where your goals should be. It's a proven fact that anyone can learn anything. You just have to want to learn. (Your only as stupid as you want to be) That is what I keep tellin my children. I am an example of that. ASE certified Mechanic (self Taught), 4 yrs in the Air Force as an Aerospace Control and Warning Systems Operator (Part of Air Traffic Control), have a Class A CDL, Built Houses, repair and build computers, do plumbing, electrical as well as Air Conditioning repairs and list goes on.
