End of Support - Definition Please

I've received notice that our CM 1.3 will reach end of support in Jan, 2006. Can anyone tell me exactly what that means? I know we'll still have maintenance and that we wouldn't receive PCN's but how else would we be negatively affected. My rep is telling me we can still expand port RTU's but could not increase the # of ACD agents.
I can't find anything on the Avaya web site that lays clear distinction on this.
