Encrypt Password in Microsoft Access Visual Basic Coding

I found the following VB coding where it allows me to enable or disable the "Shift" key when opening the application.

What is the VB coding to Encrypt the Password where it will only display "*********" when typed in?

Currently it shows what the password is when typed and I want to avoid this.

Any suggestions?

Instead of the MsgBox function you may use a modal popup form with a textbox having InputMask = "Password".
