Enble Long Distance for one phone and print list of user and TN 1

I am new with this Nortell option 11, I just take over this job, and I need to enable some phone to call long distance, I think is some where in nocs 0, 3, or 5 but I try all still not work, also I try to print a list of all the use and unuse tn and name, can someone help out.

that would print the tn of that phone as well as the set type/

that would prt the tnb of that tn.. if you do a return when the switch ask for tn it will print ALL the tn's built/

to find vacant dn's

that list all vacant digital tn's

list all unused numbers


3 things that can work to block a phone, ncos, tgar and the 1st cls mark... match those to a working set and your done.. cls unr is usually the least restricted

should I change to different number to enable the long distance?

print the tnb of a set that has ld.. each switch is built from scratch.. ncos 5/tgar 1 in my switch cls unr would allow ld.. but that is built in ld's 86/87/90.. best to just look at one that is working like you want

the CRT is lock or something going on, I am unable to logon, when I type logi is show up on CRT ,I restart the CRT but won't work, it thier another way I can reset to where I can logon

Do you get any responce from the PBX, like an error code?

no. look for ovl400.. to many passwrod attempts will lock you out until tomorrow.. or for an hour, depends on pwd params

no I didn't get any code, I restart the CRT but nothing happen, look like the phone system freeze up

If you can't figure out whats wrong, then I would suggest hitting the Maint INI button on the SSC card. Call proccessing will stop for about 30 sec. but you should see something on the CRT display.

I reset the system. but when I change the NCOS 5 TGAR 1
I copy this from a phone have long distance, but still not work and I know that something in CLS have some different setting do you know how I can change this?
