Sorry, sorry...meant to post something after I posted the smart-@$$ comment, but forgot.

I'm guessing you red Bip's article on how MSDN says that its one way by default, but he claims it isn't.

Honestly I have no answer either way, but couldn't you just hard code whatever value you want it to be in the page declaration? That way, there's no doubt what the value is.
