Enable HTTP without CatOS?

The Cisco references to enabeling HTTP on my 4503 switch don't work. The SET command is very limited to only memory settings. I do not have the CatOS installed, just the IOS 12.2.
So can I enable http server without having the CatOS installed?

Found it.... Default is "no ip http server". Typed "ip http server"
