Can I use ?; . dial 52:SIP as a shortcode?

I have dial delay count set to 0, dial delay time set to 3....

I think it should work, but don't want to disrupt my customer by trying it!!

Matt

Yup that works, thanks!!

It does produce a warning error for every extension on the system tho!

Matt

What kind of warning? I don't think it is a SIP related warning.

No... just a warning that each extension will override the short code...

Matt

Use ? . Dial in system shortcodes and N; dial N in ARS, that will elimenate those alarms/warnings and work better anyway as it allows another timeout to be used :)

I tried that, but it didn't work...

Customer reported the triple-beep Waiting-for-Line message......

A SIP-slip? [rofl2]

Kind regards

Gunnar

Nice solution to the alarms Amriddle, I had one customer complain about then & had to explain in great length that they were only warnings & not an issue in his configuration.

will be very useful as an eng is due to clean up a few other niggles this afternoon
