Emulating Phone

After accessing RAD, how do you make test calls from a certain phone i.e. 229 etc?
I would like to select a line or intercom button and make test calls remotely. thanks

Why do you need to make remote calls through a RAD?

We have sites in two states. We will have users report their phone is not working correctly so this is mostly to verify b/f we go out or send someone.

cant seize specific ext...you can bring up set template and dial said ext...no audio..but if its out of service it will state as such on display of rad ext"set template"
