emulate copy and paste

Is there a way in vb to copy the contents of a textbox to the clipboard and alse paste the contents of the clipboard into a text box. I don't need to full code, just how to send a variable to the clipboard and how to send the contents of the clipboard to a variable -Greg :-Q

You can find full details of the Clipboard object in VBHelp, but the basic statements for text are:

Clipboard.Clear
Clipboard.SetText strToCopy
strToPaste = Clipboard.GetText
