If you are talking about EVA3000 or EVA5000 , this is a problem with vcs 3.001 and 3.010.
I´ve opened several calls at HP support , and the information that I´ve received is:
"The controller is too busy to communicate with the EMU handling IO requestes. This warning message will be corrected on next VCS code".
