Is there anyway we can reset the admin password. The password has been change and our user account passwords also been change. Or do we need to reinstalled and configure the exchange server again?

The purpose of the password is to protect the box. Which means that you ll have to use other ways to reset the pass
can you post your e mail address so that i may send you a few links?
