Hi Guys, Here is my complicated senario,
I have an Emergency button that I can hook up into a tn. In case of an emergency situation, when a patient press the button to call for help, I need this TN to call 3 people at sametime (they all have digital phones type 2616), and if one of them pick up the call, the TN will play an emergency message. is it possible ?
Appreciate your thought

Have the button connect to an analog TN that Hot Dials an announcement in your voice mail system, then the announcement transfers the call to a DN that appears on each of the three 2616 phones.

What should I be checking for on that TN? That is a Phantom, so there is no phone. I think you have to get back to basics and open up Application Builder.
