embedded voicemail

Hi Everyone
Has anybody had any problems on embedded voicemail dialing the wrong ext .
All calls go straight to Auto Attendant.
Setup is that external callers can dial 1 then a 3digit ext
problem is that when i dial in most of the time it dials the wrong ext eg i dial 1104 system rings 110 or 112 there is no forwarding on the extensions at all
After a reboot seems to work ok for a day or two
system is ip office 406 ver 3.2.54 with 30 ch pri
any help would fantastic

What happens if you dial just the 3 digit numbers, excluding the "1" ?

If i just dial the three digits usually it does nothing
no music nothing just silence like its waiting for me to dial
But when i dial it usually goes to an ext other than the one i dialled normally something with 2 ones in it
like 110 or 112

Might try reloading the files on the imbed card. Also, try cghecking the system ground, I have seen a bad ground cause insane wierd issues.

Have tried deleting and recreating the auto attndt
with the same result
At the moment we are just using the earth in the 3 pin plug
same as uk.
Could try an external ground though
Do i need to disconnect the ground in the plug or can i have the 2
There used to be problems with other systems and having to disconnect the earth from the plug while using an external
to a water pipe or something like that ?
