Embedded Voicemail - Transfer by Name"

Embedded Voice Mail is installed on IP500 (5.0.18).
Voice mail was upgraded with R5 files.

Should there be a system prompt when using the "transfer by name" action?

I get silence after selecting programmed option for "transfer by name".
There is dead air and name inputs go nowhere.
The other transfer options work well.
All user names are recorded and not configured as ex-directory.

I just went down this path.
Yes there is system prompts for dial by name.
After trying every embedded option in manager.
I ended up using the batch files to upgrade, then dial by name worked.
Now if I could just get the zero out option from a mailbox to work, I will quit telling people that embedded is about as useful as an answering machine.

I use a card reader and put the card in there to upgrade the prompts, but either way works and if the prompts are there you will hear instructions on the dial by name.
