embedded voice mail, remote access 1

apparently dialing *7 doesnt work when your voice mail picks up.

how do you access it remotely?

im guessing i will have to create an incoming call route, but i dont know what to transfer to...

you can create an incoming call route with voicemail as the destination. *7 should work if you listening to a mailbox greeting and not the AA

i will have to look at the manual i know it works with voicemail pro

If you get your own voicemail press 8, they you will be asked for the pincode of your voicemail box.
Then you can change all your settings.

Embedded is missing a bunch of vmpro features.
I made a new shortcode, and put it in the AA normal transfer.
Or the receptionist can transfer a incomming call to *77
