embedded images no longer showing

Has anyone run into this? I have graphics including screen grabs in the text in Frame 5.5 for Windows. All graphics appeared in the files and printed fine. Next time I opened the file I got greyed out boxes (in some cases) other graphics still show up. A co-worker can view the files with all images but I no longer can.

Any ideas?

I had the same problem in 6.0. Drove me crazy and I never resolved it. The problem went away in Version 7.0.

Figured out the problem. Here it is in case someone else runs into it. OLE type graphics became grey boxes after I installed Norton AntiVirus. I disabled script blocking on Norton's antivirus and the images were visible again in the Frame files.
