Emails from specific address are going directly into deleted items

Hi,

I have a user who swears that they have no rules implemented and have also checked her junk email list as well but again can see no reason why a particular email address is being directed to the deleted items folder. This is within Outlook 2000. Any ideas?

First check Tools > Rules Wizard from the Inbox. All Microsoft products have a habit of applying rules without telling the user, or at least not telling them clearly.
