Emailing with Mapi

I have started writting a simple application that goes thru a MS Access databse and based on data it finds generates a email to the email address in the database.
The problem is when I have data that is generating an email consistenly as 3 records in a row. it seems to stop my Outlook Express from sending the email. I get a message # 450 too many connections. I click on close and it continues.
It is if I am sending too many email request at a time to Outlook Express and it can't process them.
Is there a work around or do just set a timer to wait between sending emails out.

Don't know about a work around since I have never done what you are doing, but if you want to slow your loop down you could check out the Sleep API. It quite simple to use.
