I'm trying to distribute CCC reports via email. (CCC v5) When I check the history for the report I have the following message "Could not access 'CDO.Message' object."
Not sure about the previous post. CrashTest is along the right lines.
If the SMTP server that you are sending the email to requires authentication then you will have to point the email, in Report Admin Console, to a local SMTP server. Then set the local SMTP server up to provide the necassary authentication to the destination SMTP server. CCC does not provide this authentication.
