Currently, we have Great Plains 7.5 published to our users. Each workstation has Adobe Acrobat 5.0 installed. When connected to citrix, the Adobe PDF Writer and Distiller printers are created for each user. However, when a user prints a report to the screen, the Send To pdf is greyed out. It works fine on my laptop.

Adobe Acrobat and Distiller 5.0 are also installed on each one of our citrix servers. How can we get Great Plains to email pdf files in a citrix environment since the PDF writer is unique to each user?

I think that outlook would need to be installed on the Citrix server. Then the problem is which user account is sending the email.

Our workaround:
We also use uniprint and so select to email the report from the Uniprint Preview window.
