Hello FoxStudent!
It's pretty easy:
1) select the object that will be a link (text or image);
2) convert it to button if it's not already (Insert > Convert to Symbol... > Button);
3) attach link to this button using Link Wizard (Window > Object > Link Wizard > Link);
4) write "mailto:your@email.com" at the link/URL field.
