I have a user who is sending emails with tracking. She is getting the read receipt, but when she goes into sent messages, it doesn't always track, (ie: show when it was received and read). This is an NT 4.0 workstation with Office 2000 pro. Please advise what I can do to have every email tracked. Thank you.

If I understand you correctly, she isn't getting receipts from some of her recipients showing that they received and read the email. If so, you should be aware that the recipients have the option in their Outlook config to refuse to return receipts to those who request them. Newposter

This sounds kind of dumb but unless you mark the read receipt as read it does not show up in the tracking tab.

It really is not an intuitive tool that actively tracks the receipts but rather just adds entry as the receipt is marked as read so that the receipts can be deleted from the inbox. joegz
