Email to Database

Can someone point me to a piece of software where I can send an email, and have the email added to a database. In my case, I'm developing an IT Database to keep track of user requests. I would like to have the user email a certain address, and have it added to the database based on the subject Line. If someone titles it Printer, It will be added to the database under printers.

I'm pretty savy with Visual Basic. Our company is using Exchange for email.

Suggest you have a look at a program called Message Parse. I havnt used it personally but it sounds like it would do what you require
