Hi. I'm having problems configuring my outlook 2003 client. I know there is a way to make all the email i receive show as journal entries for tracking. yet somehow i cannot seem to figure it out. i already have the contact categorized as business but still nothing shows up in my journal. can someone please walk me through how to make the email i've already received appear in my journal? Thanks.
