I have GP9.0. Here is what I do to e-mail PO to vendor. Print PO on screen. When It opens click on envelope on top of the screen that will open small export screen. Select Acrobat format and in destination select application and click OK. That will convert your PO in PDF format in Adobe.
Than in adobe go to file and send to e-mail that will take to outlook as attachment.
