OS 2K, Exchange 5.5. We have problem in our company, the users sending and receiving dirty bad emails (un related with work/company). Several times we gave them warning but still they are doing. Now we gave them final warning and told them that we will watch the activitie. The question is we want to create one folder which contain the copy of all emails user receive or sent to some one. Note... we inform all users that we are going to do this.. Also we got the information about law... and its allow us to do this. How i can set that folder which get the copy of emails of all users or group of users.

Knowledge is a key of success.

Create a mailbox to use for this purpose. For each recipient, add the new mailbox as an alternate recipient (delivery options tab in the properties of the user's mailbox). Be sure to check the box that says 'Deliver messages to both recipient and alternate recipient'. Once you have done this for all the users you want to track (and have created a profile in Outlook for the mailbox, hide the mailbox from the GAL (on the Advanced tab). Make sure you can still open the mailbox - if you can't, unhide it.

Or enable "Email Journaling", a search on google will show you how it's done (its easy).

With journaling you can log all outgoing mail, incoming mail or both - it will copy the mail to the mailbox you specify.
