EMAIL PROBLEM , PLEASE HELP

I am running NT server and workstation. There was a user created and when she is logged in as her user her Microsft Outlook and and Internal mail does not work.
When she loggs in as adminstrstor it works fine. You can see this is a problem because she is working as admin. all the time. I have deleted her user and created a new user and it still dosen't work.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

aer you using Exchange Server?? can she send externally?? What about trying her mailbox on a different PC just to test??? Jay~

We use Microsft Mail . She can send external but not recieve.
I'll try a different PC.
 
When you log in using different profiles, email will react differently due to the security in NT.
When the user logs into her account, is outlook configured there or in admin?
It should be only set in her account.
Sorry if i'm telling you something you already know but there isn't much info in your question.

THANKS TO THOSE WHO HELPED ME ON THIS. I GOT IT WORKING. I REMOVED THE MAIL ACCOUNTS AND SET THEM UP AGAIN. I THINK THAT I WAS READING INTO MORE THAN IT WAS. LISA~
