email not sending

Greetings.

I am currently trying to set up bulk email by looping through a recordset and sending a personalized email to each person in the recordset. When I debug, I see that the sendObject command line is set up correctly, but it only sends the first email but continues to loop through correctly.

Any thoughts? Anyone know why the SendObject is failing?
