Email issue on Exchange 2003

We are setup on exchange 2003 and outlook 2003 on client side.
One of my user is setup on POP3. since yesterday she has started getting multiple compies of few emails not all. I checked her email account on our webmail that shows emails which are on the server. On the webmail I do not see any copies of emails.

There are other users in the company that are setup on POP but they have no problem at all.

I thought, may be there is an issue with her outlook on her computer. I reinstalled everything nothing changes, infact now she is not able to receive any email through POP3 setup. But if I change the account setup on her computer from POP3 to exchnage account it works fine.

I setup her pop3 on other computer but she still has problem receiving emails through POP. It is only her account that is having issue.

Anybody can help me out

I forgot to mention 1 more thing. That she only receive 6 everytime she hit send and receive from yesterday. These emails are no more on the server. But whenever I delete her email account from the computer and recreate it. And hit send and receive it again downloads those 5 emails which are not on the server, I dont know from where it downloads those emails and then stops by giving me an error message "operation timed out waiting for a response from POP server".

I only get this error message on her account, if I put somebody else account info it conects and start downloading emails.

Once again her account works fine on exchange account setup. Just having problem on POP
