email in .Net 2

How do I email using the clients default eg Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes

system.web.mail.smtp namespace contains everything you need to send mails without even using the client.

I don't get those namespaces Craig. They are in help but I don't get them. Either of you get them to work?

Yes, You need to set a reference from your project to the .Net System.Web.dll
