We have an exchange 2003 server used strictly for inhouse email. The domain logins are generic, numbers like 220, 221, 222, etc. But with those logins, we've given display names that are actual people names. And the names of the mailboxes are also people names, not numbers. When we send email to one another, it says the email is from 221 instead of Joe Blow. How do we change this?

Already done that. I'm pretty sure that whenever they compose a new email and hit the TO: button to get the Global Address List, the simple display names show up. But I'll verify that...
