I have a few email newsletters i subscribe to that ALWAYS go into my junk mail folder. i even created a rule to put these emails into specific sub folders in my inbox...no dice. still goes to junk.

what else can i do?

What do your junk-mail filter settings look like? I had to change them to get voicemails to go into the inbox instead of junk.

setting is on LOW.

if i add the 'sender' to my contacts list, will that make it avoid 'junk'?

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
3. Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.
4. Click Add.
5. In the Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, enter the name or address you want added, and then click OK.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each name or address that you want to add.
Just add them to the Safe Senders list and you should be good.
