Is it possible to set up an automatic forward to another type of E-Mail server on the same intranet without using DNS?
If so, How do I go about doing this?
Exchange has been set up on PDC running WINS & DHCP. External Mail Server is on the same domain & cannot be configured too easily as it is part of an embedded system.
Configuration options are only IP addressing, Hostname & Domain name (DNS IP address is an option, but the customer is not running DNS on-site)
This is a test system to prove that we can do this, & unfortunately this is the first time I have seen Exchange 5.5.
Any help would be appreciated.
