Email forwarding

Is there any way I could have someone’s emails copied to someone else without the user knowing, and the user still receives a copy?

I believe under the users mailbox properties in Exchange Admin, under the Delivery options tab there is a section at the bottom fir alternate recipients. I think this is what your after.
