There is a kludge that we use that will work but the sender would get a message back as well.
You could always make it of the form 'thank you for your message sent to 'name of PF' it will be attended to presently.
You'd go into Folder Assistant within Outlook for the PF and create a rule.
Set Reply with Template and create a new template with the people you want alerted as recipients and save it (no way to make them BCC's I'm afraid). Our template has a quick link to the PF as well.
Set to trigger for all incoming mail.
However you also get the option to Forward the message which wouldn't do an auto-reply to the sender. We don't use this because we are using the PF's for workflow, i.e. Recipient goes to PF, checks message then moves it to another PF.
